Broken Skin

And as the knife,
Will break the skin.
The pain and memory,
Will not be let in.

Broken skin,
Broken hearts.
Solace found,
Within the Arts.

Music, Writing,
Strength within.
Falling quickly,
Into the recycle bin.

Not worthy of,
This world is all.
This Earth so warm,
Is it time to answer the call?

The call of death,
The call of life.
The split of the skin,
The cause, The Knife.
